Service great - albums less so now

I have been using the Coral Coast scrapbook albums for years. While Vee's service is amazing, unfortunately the quality of the albums made by this company has recently declined. The binding is not as strong, the front pocket for the display picture tears easily and the new material for the album covers has also changed and more easily picks up dust/flecks. Vee's service may be worthy of many stars but the quality of these albums now is not - hence the three stars. Very disappointing. It seems I will need to find a new brand of album.

Hi Natalie, thank you for your honest review of the 12x12 Scrapbook. Your previous purchase of this size album from me 3 years ago was the Buckram Scrapbooks. Unfortunately the factory that we have used for 24 years has ceased manufacturing this style of album and therefore I was forced to find a replacement manufacturer. It took me over 12 months to find a manufacturer that could provide a product that was suitable for selling. Yes the materials used are different to the previous model but I have chosen the best materials available to me. The current covers are now made with a cotton silk blend fabric. With Scrapbooks being one of my most popular selling items (in all 3 sizes) I didn't want to discontinue them and instead opted to go with a new manufacturer to continue to support my Scrapbook customers. I appreciate your support of my business over many years and am happy to offer you a return and refund if you do not wish to use the albums you recently purchased. Kind regards - Vee
