I was really excited when I found this German made brand. The service was great, with a lovely personal note inside but I found for the price the actual album disappointing. The linen cover is beautiful but inside the glue between the photo is missing on a number of pages, so the photos slip into each other, plus the the plastic sleeves keep slipping back and needs to be pulled into place.
Obviously you have received a faulty product and had you contacted us I could have rectified this for you straight away. We have been selling this style of album for many years with no problems and many happy customers. As all the products are shrink wrapped at manufacturing I had no way of knowing that your product was faulty. My sincere apologies but this is not normal and we pride ourselves in stocking the very best quality products on the market.
